Reasons Why People Hate Working From Home

The Corona virus has changed our work culture and forced us all to work remotely. Some of them are enjoying working from home and some are really fed up. There are many pros people considering working from home such as zero commute time, comfortableness, daily routine control, and no need to spend money on food and beverages.

Apart from advantages, people facing more problems and really don’t like to work from home. COVID 19 has totally changed the work culture and this the main reason people don’t like to work from home. Let’s discuss some reasons for hating WFH.

Not everyone has ample space in houses

Work from home is more exciting and comfortable if you have a big house where you have one particular office space. If you live in a small house with your friends, roommates, working from home is not a perfect solution.

Cravings for social interactions

Working from home = working alone. Random conversations, gossiping are a part of office culture and involvement. Individuals who take frequent breaks, hall in and out, where they can talk to other people, have a harder adaptation to working from home.

More and more work

Going office regularly helps people create a healthy work environment. Workers know their working hours and have the flexibility to wrap the things within a time frame or to do most things tomorrow. But, when you working from home, work becomes confusing from all sides. Make sure to let your boss, clients know the specific hours when you are not available. Take work from home as work from an office.

Household distractions

Home means family, so distractions for sure! Distractions like TV noise, household chores, children’s noise lead to decrease your performance and productivity. Try to find a secluded workplace in your home and avoid such distractions.
